Our administrative department works with Chief & Council to implement decisions overlooking the best interest of Beaver First Nation members. Areas of responsibility include finance, registration, and land consultation. Importantly, the administrative department also offers medical transportation, as detailed below.
Our Finance Administrator works closely with the Band Administrator to oversee accounting procedures. Areas of responsibility include budget preparation, financial reporting, and payments and receivables.
Registration & Forms/ Administration Assistant
Our Registration Administrator registers band members, tracking such information as dates of birth, death, marriage, and divorce. Treaty cards are created, renewed, and replaced for BFN members.
In addition, BFN has the following forms available: SIN Card, Tax Card, Treaty Annuity application, Telus, Bell Express Vu, Direct Energy & Northern Lights Gas Co-op exemption. GST Exempt forms require a copy of your status card.
